Sweaty Betty's (HO-O)

For the diorama we did something a bit unusual.  We headed down to our own “Niagara & Pearl Creek” n-scale layout (there is a link for it on the website) and shot a photo of one of the city scenes on our digital camera.  After printing it out we mounted the photos on some foamcore and affixed it to the back of this little diorama.  Pretty cute if we do say so ourselves !
The kit has some unusual features.  Aside from a great roof sign (even an air conditioner) it features “screen” doors (you can’t see them in thiese photos) as well as some colorful artwork to help make this building an eye-catcher.
On a side note this kit got it’s name from a place that actually existed right here in Maine.  Trust us when we say it was the “locals” that re-named the place and not Betty !
