This small, but industrious building is themed for “marine use”, but can be used in any setting.  It’s one of our physically smaller kits, but the roof dormer and “L”-shaped architecture sets it far apart from most kits in this price range.  We suggest this kit to both intermediate & advanced modelers… if you don;t have one… you probably should…
