Oakleaf Shipping

“Oakleaf Shipping” is available in both HO & O scales.  Although the structure is designed as a land-based building on an elevated loading dock platform, it’s equally at home… with very slight modification… on the waterfront.  Adding some pilings & hints of nautical details helps to make this kit very versatile… and simple to build too !
