Next Week Is The Narrow Gauge Convention In Dearborn, Michigan".
While we're never sure what new stuff we'll have available a few things are starting to shape-up.  Firstly, it's obvious to all that our "Gritty McDuff's" had been prototyped, it will make the trip with us so any of you have have ordered it (and some of you that haven't yet) will be able to see Mr. McDuff in the "flesh" (so to say).  Jim Mooney, Lenny Lednum (our production manager here at Bar Mills) and myself will be present and hope to have a great time... it's hard not to have a great (but otherwise exhausting time) at any NGC !  This will be the last "Moose" for awhile, but we wanted to take the time on this quiet Sunday afternoon to introduce a new kit to you "O" & "S" scalers (the "HO" version will follow when time permits)... the kit is called the "Gravely Building".  Pictured is the "S" scale version, both it & the "O" scale version should be ready to ship in the next few days... as usual our first run will be 50 kits.  This kit will premier at the NGC, but if you'd like one and can't make the trip give us a call & we'll get one out to you.  We are also working on an O-Scale Mooneys & and O-scale "Shack Pack" for the convention.... we just hope we can pull it all together on time.

After getting home we'll be spending he next 3 months working on the HO scale Gritty McDuff's...  although we also have an HO scale gas station we'd like to squeeze in sometime before Christmas... we'll have to see about that.

We'd mentioned at an earlier time that we already have next year's limited-run kit planned... and we do.  Figure three structures next year... no other hints at thjis time though!

We've had alot of other modelers stopping by lately... Tom Staton from NY, Clint Hyde from Va., and Dale Reynolds from NC have been here this past week or so... it's always great to see you guys !
So don't forget, if you get up around our neck-of-the woods stop by for a shop tour... if it wasn't for your collective support we'd be working at a "real" job... &  we're not going to forget any of you.

This new kit will premier in "O" & "S" scale at the NCG, although we are now taking orders.  From the pre-printed windows to the sidewalk elevator doors we tried to give this kit a wealth of detail.  The S-scale verson sells for $139.95 (s-scale shown) while the O-Scale is $30.00 additional... shipping included within the continental US.

We shot this diorama outdoors on the roof of the car !  Yes, the park bench and all comes with the s-scale kit, the O-scale will vary slighlty in the details to be included with the kit.

Just one other view to give you guys a better idea... we can't tell if this structure would be best on an eastern or western layout... we guess that's a good thing... it should be of interest no matter what area you are modeling !
